The History of Lost Eternity - (A new roleplaying board to come)

Magic and the sword reign, yet oddities of strength are rising. Castles loom overhead in the lands of man, swordsmen and mages alike clashing in the light. The strength of humanity is great, yet man is not the only kind in the lands of earth anymore. Tales of hybrid beasts, and many more litter the soft fields. Beings from space, and beings from other realms have joined this galaxy. Demon kind, Elven, and many more have come.

The universe of Lost Eternity is science and fantasy fiction in nature. A form of magic exists in the universe: Symbology. Despite its supernatural powers, Symbology is treated a legitimate field of scientific study in-universe (a source of sheer mana energy). There are other sources of power in Lost Eternity. Chi, for example, is a power drawn from within that can only be tapped when a being has trained his body through the arts of fighting, Samurai and Martial Artists train to use this energy to its full potential.

Earth is changing. No longer is on its way to the modern times of nuclear power and cars. No, the art of Symbology, Chi, Chakra, and many of sources have changed the pathway of future forever. Space has started to become explorable. Symbology has been one of the many reasons for this, allowing inventors to advance in technology at an amazing rate. A name has been given to science based Symbology, and that is Runeology. While most towns are still in the era of castles and swords, Runeology is beginning to warp the world. Even some weapons have advanced (known as Runeolgical Weapons) and have allowed creation of such things as a catapult that fires sheer blasts of Symbolic power, and swords made of raw energy.

Still, the art of Runeology has yet to reign. The sheer strength of Chi and other such sources have allowed combat ability of great proportions. The legendary swordsmen, Himura Kenshin, has been known to be able to move at god like speeds far surpassing even a race such as the Klausian (This is amazing as it is said that the average Klausian can easily surpass a top Earthling in every aspect of physical capability)

Earth was not the only planet to discover these power and advances however. Many other beings in the universe advanced much further and faster. Klausians, Chousin, and many other races came to Earth through Symbolic power transports (created ships and such). Yet not all is peaceful in the universe.

Jurai, planet of the Jurian race (currently one of the more advanced species in the galaxy), is at anger with Earth. Humans and the many of creatures on Earth are growing to fast in Jurai's eyes, and fit to put an end to this. Still, even though the Jurian races is strong, even their best warrior cannot hope to match such legends as Fayt, Himura Kenshin, and the many Chi warriors on the planet. Even now Sympology has become a fighting tool to Swordsmen, who shun the Chi arts in the way of pure skill and magical power.

The rest of the galaxy is currently peaceful, and Earth sits in waiting as creation advances. Even as countries wage war on each other, and more power is discovered, Lost Eternity is open ground for players who wish to help mold the universe. The creation of a federation. The opening eyes of a new advancement. The great nature of a legend. You can do what you wish – Just remember = Everything has a consequence.
