The Lost Guardians

Time suddenly froze for a single moment, a roar soon following after. Two amber eyes snapped open and the road shattered in an instant, a single giant claw slamming into stone. A mass panic ran along the streets, all while the two eyes focused on the girls with a unseen hunger, a massive white skinned form coming into view, with a large white mask. The air began to shake, a furious wave of raw intent lashing outwards, putting those nearby in a sudden coma

"Zoe!"

Footsteps suddenly echoed in the street, a certain white haired Hollow teen dashing down towards the two girls, with his features in a stain of fear. He skid to a stop and panted, about to speak, when his eyes trailed upwards and saw the large beast staring at them without a hint of mercy. His fists clenched and his stomach dropped, his eyes growing ever wider as he studied the creature

"What in the bloody hell...?"

He had fought a few Hollows since he had been here, but something about this one made his heart turn cold at the very sight of it. The raw spirit pressure was immense, and he could barely stop himself from throwing up, now realising the great deal of strain the Shinigami of Bleach had to go through when confronted with such monsters. This Hollow was far stronger than those he had encountered before, and he suddenly knew why.

"Adjuchas...." toned the Hollow as he backed up, narrowing his gaze upon the cat-like monster slowly stalking towards them with drool dripping from its dark smile. Yet, Leon simply gazed at it before he shook his head, and slowly began to back up even more. Adjuchas? Yes, but that wasn't all it was. The Hollow teen suddenly tensed and his eyes snapped to Zoe, and her new companion with a sense of urgency

"Shit! Grimmjow!?"

The beast roared and seemed to smile widely, a build up of red energy forming within its large maw...

"Leon! Zoe!"

Julie rushed over to them, panting and catching her breath. "Wait...Dee?! What are you.....never mind! We gotta get out of here, you guys! If tha tCero hits us, who knows if we can even survive it in our state!!"

"Fluffy!?! Wait, Cero?" Dee asked, blinking her blue eyes. She was even more confused than before. "Why are you here too? What are you talking about? Isn't that something from Bleach? And thinking of it, why are you and Zoe dressed like shinigami? And what on earth just happened to the road!?!"

This day was just getting more and more crazy.....









LOL, if I fell into Bleach or something, I would be spiritually retarded. It would happen. If you're confused, I can see Zoe and Julie (I'm assuming they're in gigai) but not Leon or the other hollows.

A pulse of spirit energy ran along the view and Leon shot forward, snatching hold of the new girl in her confused state, before tossing her at Julie with his Hollow strength. He turned his head, staring at the attacker behind them before barking out quickly at the girl "Bloody Hell. Get out of here already! I'm not a fan of playing hero, but looks like I ain't got ah' choice this time."

Leon turned, clenching his fists as he prepared to charge at the Hollow, a mass of energy suddenly springing around his fingers. His nail lengthened slightly, sharpening and becoming as hard as diamond. How he was doing this? He had no clue. He just knew that the three behind him had no grasp of their powers, while he had some control of the Hollow physical prowess and abilities.

Suddenly, he paused...

"Dance, Sode no Shirayuki!"

His eyes went wide, staring up at the cat-like Hollow he had been about to charge, the words echoing through his mind. Yet, the beast before him wasn't the only target. He felt himself go cold in an instant, and a single following sentence made his mind go blank for a few seconds

"Some no mai...."

He reacted without thinking. His hand lashed out in panic, and his palm burned red. A chilling scream of pain followed from the direction of the icy spirit pressure, a small Cero ripping through skin. Shocked violet eyes gazed at him and a weak voice continued, the wet sounds of blood dripping tearing through his ears

"...T-Tsukishiro!"

Ice exploded over the area, and all Leon saw next was black.

His last words could still be heard

"Oh, bollocks."

Dee flailed her arms as she was somehow tossed through the air, knocking over Julie who was too surprised to catch her. She muttered an apology before getting back on her feet. What on earth had just happened!?!

The girl looked up and her eyes widened. There was suddenly a huge glacier in the middle of the road, and there was something inside it. She squinted her eyes. It was blurry, but it looked like it was.....a boy?

Aang briefly crossed her mind before she pushed the idea away. That was ridiculous. Maybe she really did need to start wearing her glasses.....

She looked beyond the glacier. It was still hard to see, but there seemed to be a two figures (on in white and one in black) floating in the air.

That's it. She was legally insane.

"Leon!" Julie cried as she asw him being attacked. Quickly, she dug into her pocket and found a small pill of sorts. Popping it into her mouth and swallowing it, a strange sensation ran through her as she was ripped from her body and back into her shinigami form. Rushing over to the hollow boy, she looked around and spied a familiar shinigami. "Are you two all right?" she said to the two enemies.

"come on, we better get out of here. Things are getting really freaky right now!" The 'Julie' said to Dee as she tried to convince her to leave the area.

The brunette turned to her friend, debating whether or not to tell her what she saw. She eventually gave in. "Julie, do you see something in the ice and two things floating in the air over there?" she said, pointing in that direction. A part of her really wanted to stay.

The ice suddenly began to shake, before exploding outwards with a earth-shattering roar. Leon panted and dropped to one knee, his breath showing the sheer amount of cold he had been put through. He glanced sideways to Julie and rolled his eyes, barking roughly to himself "Oh, yeah, I'm fan-bloody-tastic...."

Yet, there was something odd. Leon paused and his eyes trailed behind him, growing wider as his mouth dropped. Two large red tails twitched, before slowly fading away in a pitch of spiritual light. They hadn't looked like anything of norm, no, more like large furred tails. He shook his head and blinked

"Great, I'm some kind of dog Hollow?"

He sighed and then froze, feeling the heavy spirit pressure of a certain Hollow opposite them peak, before vanishing into an eclipsing portal of inky blackness. A violet eyed woman gazed at them while holding her other arm, a small drop of blood leaking through her fingers. She was still holding her Zanpakutou. Her released Zanpakutou.

"Who are you? What are you?!" snapped Rukia as she gazed at the Shinigami and Human, seemingly helping the human looking Hollow. Leon could only sweat, before a second howl shook the air, coming from the far distance. The Kuchiki girl span on her foot, narrowing her eyes as she began to dash towards the noise, but not before shouting one last time

"Make no mistake, I will be back."

Leon simply fell to the floor in relief, blinking as he checked the sky. It was dark, and he knew what day it was. Rukia was heading in the direction where he had found Zoe, and he had a rather chilling feeling. He placed a hand on his face and chuckled "I have no doubt she'll be back. Sadly, I have a feeling she'll be without any powers when she does meet us again."

Yup, it was that day.

“Come on, lets head back. We need to get your confused friend filled in.”

Timeline: Ichigo gets his powers from Rukia.

Basicly the story is starting to begin. This is the layout at the moment -

Leon: He's starting to tap into some of the most basic of Hollow powers. He can seemingly morph his hands in claws, and he can unknowingly manifest tails. He has shown the ability to fire off a bullet sized Cero, and the normal physical attributes of most Hollows. His spiritual pressure and energy is overwhelmingly weak, having not consumed anything, even being lower than the currently human counterparts. His greatest weakness is a Zanpakutou.

Julie: A fresh out of the academy Shinigami, without the sword skill or Kidou. Her spiritual pressure and potential has been noted by Urahara to be far higher than her friends, with Bryan being the only one to match it. Though having no true fighting experience, Yoruichi is rather keen on teaching her the basics of Hohō, Hakuda (along with Shunko), and Zanjutsu (along with contacting her Zanpakutou spirit). Her greastest weakness is unknown..

Bryan: Seems to be the most balanced of the lot. His basic physical ability is human level, much like Julie and Zoe, but his spiritual energy is overwhelming. Having the most calm mind of the bunch, he would seemingly have good grasp of Kidou and the more styled arts of weapon play. Nothing much else is known at the moment, but Urahara has said he would teach him the principles of the first ten Hadou and Bakudou, along with the basic form of reiatsu control. His greatest weakness is unknown.

Zoe: The newest Shinigami of the bunch. Not much is known about her current skills and abilities, but Urahara has noted that she would do well with Kidou and Zanjutsu, thanks to her athletic skills as a human, and her high level of base intelligence. Yoruichi said she would teach her the first level of Zanjutsu, with Tessai teaching her some first level Kidou. Her greatest weakness is unknown.

Dee: The seemingly last female of the bunch. She has yet to gain any powers, but Leon did comment to himself that she had rapidly changing spirit pressure, with it seemingly causing her to see him, and Julie's Shinigami form. In his personal view if she gained Shinigami powers, she would probably be much like Ichigo in the aspect. Her greatest weakness is seemingly control.

Me? Like Ichigo? Even if you just mean in the spiritual sense, I can't see that at all. XD Ignore this post if you intended to do something different, 'cause I don't know how to delete posts.

Dee shielded herself with her arms as pieces of ices flew at her. The massive glacier she had been looking at had just exploded with no incentive whatsoever! Bringing her arms down, the looked at the sight before her eyes.

Where the ice had been there was the figure that had been encased in it, or so she thought. It was still really blurry. There was also a muffled sound, like someone talking, but she couldn't hear it very well either. The figure seemed to have grown tails?

Next to it was another person dressed in black. She (at least Dee thought it was a she) was looking towards the other figure.

The two others that had been there before seemed to have vanished.

"Julie, please hit me. Hard." The girl muttered.

Zoe, having stood back for the most part, feeling entirely useless, murmured to Dee, "You're not dreaming, Dee-chan. This is real. To make a long story short, we've fallen into the Bleach world. Julie and I are Shinigami, Leon's a hollow-dude...thing, and you....well, we'll just figure that out later."

The girl just opened her mouth a few times before managing to splutter out. "WHAT!?!?!"

Zoe just polished her fingernails on her shirt nonchalantly.

"Yep. I know. Cool, huh?"

Though appearing not to care, her eyes sparkled with joy and excitment, giving her away.

Dee remained silent. It wasn't entirely out of the shock of being told she was in a new world. It was more that she was just told something completely and utterly impossible and it made sense to her. Not that she didn't believe in her friends, but really. Bleach!?!

"Then how do we get back home?" She asked Zoe.

Zoe shrugged.

"Hell if I know. Not that I particularly care. This like a dream come true for me."

"We don't."

Leon tuned in, his arms behind his head. He seemed to be okay, even after getting turned into an ice statute, but he did have a hint of fatigue in his amber eyes. He grinned sharply and stretched his broad shoulders, yawning as he continued "Lets go back to Urahara and his store. We need to get your friend kitted before tomorrow, or we're all screwed."

He glanced at Zoe and then chuckled

"Yeah, then wait till we meet Aizen. Somehow things won't seem fun any more..."

Zoe blew her bangs out of her face frustratedly.

"That freaking bitch needs to die!!! But still," she mused, looking over to the hollow-thing, "Can't we find some way to make soul society see that Aizen's a cunt?"

"How?"

Leon sighed and brought his hand to his face as he walked, rubbing his stressed features. He gazed at the girl and finally spoke "If you haven't noticed, they'd sooner chop me in half than believe a word out of my mouth. Besides, I believe that would screw up this universe more than I'd like."

He blinked and calmly swung an arm around Zoe's shoulder, pointing to his chest

"I don't know about you, but I'd rather not get mind raped by that Superman wannabe.."

Dee absentmindedly poked Zoe once, not sure what the last word in her sentence was. Her real focus, however, was the guy that had started talking to them. Was he a hollow? Was he going to eat them? And why did he feel strangely familiar?

"Nya?" She just said, far too confused to form a coherent sentence.

Zoe grinned.

"I bet you wouldn't," she replied, wrapping her arm around the hollow-boy's waist as they walked on. Sensing her friend's confusion, she told her, "Dee-chan, this is Leon. Yes, he's a hollow, and no, he's not going to eat us."

"h-Hey! Don't jsut leave me behind, you meanies!" Julie shouted as she rushed over to them. She quickly went back into her body after using a glove Yoruichi gave her to extract the pill from her body and walked up to Leon and Zoe. "Well, Leon's right! Besides...they wouldn't trusth us either. They didnt trust Ichigo, remember?" She put her finger to her chin for a bit

Zoe scowled.

"Well that's because they're all stupid, crusty, morons," she grumbled. "Well, except Ukitake and Shunsui, and...well...okay, most of them are stupid, crusty morons..."

"Got it in one..."

Leon smiled at what Julie said, giving a brief nod. He raised an eyebrow at Zoe and her arm, before shrugging as he began to talk to himself, walking along "Its times like this that I dislike the fact that I didn't choose to become a Shinigami. Still, its not like I would get a Zanpakutou like Byakko, nor Masataka's skills...."

He sighed, speaking up once again

"Either way, lets just get your friend fitted. Urahara's shop should be round the next road.."

Dee just nodded and trailed behind the three, trusting her friends to know the situation better than she would. Leon, huh? That name sounded oddly familiar.

Oh well.

"What do you mean by fitted?" the girl asked.

"i'm probably not gonna get Saikah's skills." Julie said as she laughed. Soon, her laugh slowly faded away as she looked at Leon strangely. "wait....Masataka? You....you can't be who I think you are....can you?"
